Our first step, regardless of the future partnership, is a deep-dive strategy session designed to get every one of those details out of your head and into a professional system. We map out the "Type A" standards you’ve been maintaining alone; from the specific way the linens are handled to the exact inventory of your pantry. All to create your custom Team Trybe Home HQ.

The Foundation is a 4-hour monthly commitment to your household operation, delivered in two targeted sessions. We don't arrive looking for a to-do list; we arrive with your Household Handbook in hand and hit the ground running. Our systems are designed to operate independently, requiring no hand-holding or management on your part.
Included in every Foundation membership:

A full-home audit of your pre-identified household staples. We purchase low-stock items on your behalf and return for a dedicated restocking session to replenish your shelves and put everything away. No bags on the porch, no empty cabinets.

The Support

An 8-hour monthly commitment to your household operations, delivered in three targeted sessions.
This tier ensures your home systems stay in motion, providing the Foundation’s strategic updates plus a dedicated third session focused on the "invisible" tasks that weigh down your month.

Your first two visits of the month include everything in The Foundation, From the Staples Sync and Trybe To-Do sprints to the Aesthetic Anchor styling and fresh florals.

Your fridge, managed. We perform a comprehensive audit and deep clean, purging expired items, clearing clutter, and scrubbing shelves and drawers to restore a true clean slate.

This is our monthly linen reset. We launder and reset the duvet covers, etc. that usually get skipped.

Archive Audit | The "too-small" transition, managed. Simply toss outgrown clothes into your designated Team Trybe bag. We sort and store them into your sized bins so they are out of the closet and off your mind.
Holiday Helper | Managing the "seasonal creep" by packing away past holiday decor and prepping for the next. (Note: Full holiday decorating or tree styling is available as a dedicated session.)

Total kitchen logistics to keep you fully stocked and ready to go. We handle the grocery unpacking, produce prep (wash/chop/prep), and pantry management. We ensure your kitchen is a high-functioning tool for your family, not a source of stress.

Total laundry logistics keeping your wardrobes ready. Each week includes two full loads (wash, dry, fold, and away) plus the folding and putting away of up to three additional clean baskets. We close the loop so you never have to face a laundry backlog again.

Strategic Support is our answer to the seasons of life where your mental load is at max capacity and you simply cannot handle one more thing. Whether you need the immediate relief of a Daily Dash evening reset or a deep-dive overhaul like a Pantry Pivot, these targeted sessions ensure that even when life gets chaotic, your home remains in total flow.

The Daily Dash is a high-speed, 60-minute evening reset designed to refresh your home while you focus on your family.
The Standard Reset (Always Included):
Kitchen Keeper | Your kitchen will be reset, we will clear the dining table, clean the dishes, swap the dishwasher and wipe down all countertops.
The Aesthetic Anchor | Your living room will be styled, we straighten and chop pillows, fold throws, and organize the toy "explosion" back into their designated zones.
The Primary Pamper | A luxury turn-down of the primary suite. Bed will be turned-down, bedside tables will be styled, clearing stray glasses and clutter so your space remains a place of rest.
The Premium Pairings (A Selection of Two)
The Lunchbox Lead | A full prep of the kids' lunches for tomorrow.
Tomorrow’s Table | Meal prep lite. We will chop veggies, marinate protein, or prep the slow cooker to set you up for tomorrow’s success.
The School Sidekick | No more forgetting show-and-tell. We’ll check the "Special Day" calendar, packing library books & instruments, and stage the mudroom to lighten your morning madness.
The Morning Ritual | Hit the snooze button. We’ll do a full prep of your coffee or tea station and set out breakfast bowls so you’re ready to go in the morning.

The Pre-Trip: We handle the packing, travel-prep laundry, and a "clean-close" of the house so you leave with everything you need and walk away from a tidy home. The Post-Trip: We handle the "vacation hangover." From unpacking and laundering to putting every gear item back in its place, we ensure your trip ends with relaxation, not a mountain of chores.
The Holiday Helper | We manage the "behind-the-scenes" of your seasonal transitions. From unboxing and styling your decor to the final packing and organized storage, we ensure your home feels festive without the burnout. During your first holiday helper session we will work with you to learn your aesthetic, then photograph and document your exact styling standards. We keep your Seasonal Playbook on file so every future year is completely hands-off—leaving your home exactly as you would have styled it yourself.
The Pantry Pivot | A deep-dive reorganization of your food storage. We purge expired items, decant snacks into your designated bins, and face every label forward to return your pantry to high-end market standards.
The Playroom Purge | We perform a total edit of the toy collection. We rotate a fresh selection of toys from storage and neatly bin the rest to restore focus, order, and floor space.
The School Shift | A total reset for the academic transition. We audit supplies, sanitize high-touch gear (backpacks/lunchboxes), and set up your Command Center for the new school year.
The Sizing Swap | We manage the seasonal clothes transition—swapping outgrown sizes, rotating seasonal gear in the mudroom, and bagging up "to-be-donated" items.
The Social Stylist | From first concept to the final guest-ready"flow. We take over the high-stress logistics of hosting. From developing your theme, sourcing the perfect vendors (catering, rentals, balloons), and managing the procurement of all decor and tabletop elements, we handle the "mental load" of the planning phase so you can simply step into a perfectly executed event.
The Suite Sanctuary | For when your guest room has become a "catch-all" and visitors are arriving. We declutter the space, refresh the linens, audit the "amenity basket," and style the room to 5-star hotel standards so your guests feel truly welcomed.

To keep your life completely seamless, you pay exactly what we pay. All items are billed at direct face value with zero markups or service fees via a transparent Monthly Home Statement, so your home stays in flow without any weekly back-and-forth.
The Trybe Signature Stems | As a signature detail of our Aesthetic Anchor service, you’ll select your three favorite floral varieties during your onboarding. During each Team Trybe service, we’ll select a fresh bundle of your favorites and place them in your home as our "all-clear" signal. It’s a perk designed to be your visual cue that the operations are handled, the systems are updated, and the mental load has been lifted—giving you the permission to finally go off the clock.
